SCHOOLS WE OPERATE
PRODEV fully operates and manages three schools guided by core principles that place children at the center of everything we do. These principles shape how we hire and train our principals, teachers, and support staff. All team members are prepared to uphold our commitment to creating safe learning environments where corporal punishment, bullying, and abusive behavior are not tolerated.
Our management practices include strong fiscal transparency, with audited records that reflect responsible use of resources. We also recognize that schools are part of the communities they serve. PRODEV actively engages parents, local leaders, and community stakeholders to ensure that our schools remain responsive and inclusive.
In addition, we work closely with the Ministry of Education and collaborate regularly with local education authorities to align with national priorities and strengthen the quality of education in our schools.
ÉCOLE NOUVELLE ZORANJE
École Nouvelle Zoranje provides high-quality, child-centered education to students in one of Haiti’s most vulnerable communities, combining strong academics with essential health, nutrition, and well-being support.

ÉCOLE NOUVELLE ROYALE CARIBBEAN
Through quality teaching, modern resources, and community engagement, École Nouvelle Royale Caribbean (ENRC) is shaping confident, well-rounded young learners in Labadie.

MONITORING & EVALUATION
PRODEV’s monitoring and evaluation program tracks student and teacher progress toward clear goals. We assess program design, implementation, and outcomes across all our schools and teacher training programs. Monitoring and evaluation provide the data we need to see whether a program is on track, identify obstacles, and make informed decisions for continuous improvement. Our objective is to ensure that children are learning and that educators are effectively applying lessons in the classroom.
M&E is especially valuable in schools serving children in Haiti’s most vulnerable communities. Reliable data helps us target support where it is needed most, respond quickly to learning gaps, and guide resources toward practices that work. It allows teachers to adjust instruction for students who face poverty-related challenges and helps schools strengthen equity, accountability, and overall learning quality. By grounding our work in evidence, we give every child a better chance to succeed.
